Hoboken Police Civic Association (HPCA)

The Hoboken PBA is our police membership organization established in 1896 and our charitable organization is the Hoboken Police Civic Association (HPCA). The HPCA mission is to raise funds that we give directly back to our community through our charitable events and programs. The charitable work changes the perception of police and brings us closer to the citizens that we vow to protect and serve every day.

Current charitable partners include: The Boys & Girls Club. Cancer Foundations, Hoboken Homeless Shelter and the Jubilee Center.

We also run various annual programs that benefit the City of Hoboken and its residents. Those events include a turkey drive for Thanksgiving, Massive Toys for Tots toy drive and giveaway, back to school bookbag and school supply fundraiser and various scholarships that go directly to Hoboken High School students.
